Lucent V.92 application
Lucent V.92 application is the program that "pops-up" to let you know of an incoming call.

This program needs to be running before you dial into the Internet.

To install: Click on the MOH link above, then select OPEN or Run from current location and click OK.
Once the download has completed, it will Extract the files into a directory (you can change or use the default).
Run the setup.exe file from within that directory
