Troubleshooting DSL:

Step 2: Synch

You have determined that the DSL is synch, so the next step is to verify customer has all the information entered in to her computer (assuming a static connection and no router).

**NOTE: It does not go in the TCP/IP dial up adapter (Win 98), nor the 1394 connection

If everything is correct, so far, the customer should be in the ARP table; hence working.

If they are not, then enter a TT for "Synch, No route".

Also check and see if the customers IP has been recycled. It may be turned off.
